The Firm's focus on commercial law is evidenced in its strong commercial litigation practice, including all areas of contracts and real property disputes as well as commercial torts. The Firm is fortunate to enjoy a cohesive and effective team of commercial litigators and paralegals committed to presenting the best case possible for its clients in all legal forums, whether that is federal or state court, mandatory or voluntary arbitration, mediations or informal dispute resolution systems, or other alternative dispute resolution methods.

Nicholas J. Santoro is a prominent Las Vegas commercial litigator who practices extensively in federal and state court litigation matters. A well-known attorney, Mr. Santoro represents numerous national and local clients on a variety of litigation matters. Mr. Santoro has twenty years litigation experience including a number of bench and jury trials.

James E. Whitmire also practices exclusively in litigation in all Nevada federal and state courts. Mr. Whitmire adds to the Firm ten years experience in all varieties of litigation, including commercial law, personal injury, employment matters, and class action matters.

Anthony A. Zmaila is a very experienced and well known attorney, formerly serving as a general counsel for The Dunes Hotel & Casino.  Mr. Zmaila is now practicing solely in commercial litigation and bankruptcy issues, particularly concentrating on real estate litigation.  Charles L. Titus has more than twenty-two years experience as lead counsel in more than a hundred trials, including cases involving contracts, real estate, tort, and employment discrimination.

The Firm also is fortunate to have associated with it other attorneys able to competently represent clients in smaller litigation case.  The Firm is always mindful of its clients’ expectations of keeping litigation costs manageable and predictable, a challenge the Firm takes seriously in this era of spiraling costs.  Brian W. Boschee practices extensively in real estate litigation.  Oliver J. Pancheri handles smaller litigation cases as the lead attorney and assists others in the commercial litigation group in the preparation of complex litigation cases.  Jason D. Smith, F. Thomas Edwards, and Code T. Winterton also provide extensive contributions and support to the commercial litigation group.
