BANKRUPTCY PRACTICE GROUP
Santoro, Driggs, Walch is fortunate to have one of southern
Nevada's premier bankruptcy practice groups. The Firm's
bankruptcy practice focuses primarily on creditors rights,
but the Firm also represents debtors in local and national
bankruptcy cases. The Firm has been fortunate to have
been involved in many high profile bankruptcy matters,
including Aladdin, Arizona Charlie's, and the Regent at
Summerlin bankruptcies, as well as representing Bank of
America, Wells Fargo, and PDS Gaming in its bankruptcy
related matters.
Richard F.
Holley chairs the bankruptcy practice group and has practiced
solely in bankruptcy for over fifteen years in both southern
and northern Nevada. Victoria L. Nelson has extensive
experience representing a wide variety of bankruptcy litigants,
including representing unsecured creditors committees.
The Firm's
bankruptcy group works closely with the Firm's business
organizations practice and tax groups, as these substantive
legal areas frequently overlap in the Firm's bankruptcy
cases. The Firm's ability to staff bankruptcy matters
with attorneys from a variety of disciplines often is
of immense value to our clients.
