Daniel L. Schwartz, the shareholder directing the workers’ compensation department, is a frequent lecturer on developments in Nevada workers’ compensation law, as well as an active participant in the Nevada Legislature’s development of this area of the law. Mr. Schwartz, Lee E. Davis, Kevin L. Johnson, Alyssa M. Fischer, Byron E. Thomas and Anthony A. Junker have over thirty years of combined experience litigating workers’ compensation issues in the state of Nevada.
