Santoro Driggs Shareholder Appointed to the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Nevada
Santoro Driggs Walch Kearney Holley & Thompson Shareholder Victoria L. Nelson has been appointed to the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Nevada by the Office of the United States Trustee, United States Department of Justice.
Nelson's appointment became effective April 26, 2011, and it is anticipated that she will preside as trustee primarily in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases filed in southern Nevada.
Nelson is a shareholder in the firm's Las Vegas office. As a member of the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Section, her practice focuses on the areas of business and personal financial reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, bankruptcy appeals, creditors' rights and trustee and receivership representation.
Nelson has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in the mountain states (Nevada, Utah, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming) in the 2011 edition of Super Lawyers Magazine.
