Mr. Driggs graduated with a B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from Arizona State University. Mr. Driggs is admitted in Utah and Arizona only.

Specifically, Tom was involved in the adjudication of private water interests in the Las Vegas Basin Water Adjudication, and has assisted in the procurement of water resources for power-generating companies.
