Attorney Bios: Shemilly A. Briscoe

A native of Nevada, Shemilly A. Briscoe is a 2006 graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law and earned her Bachelor or Arts degree in English at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is admitted to practice law in Nevada and was judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jennifer P. Togliatti, Department Nine of the Eighth Judicial District Court. Shemilly joined the firm in 2007 and currently practices in the construction department handling construction litigation and related disputes. She represents contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers for mechanic’s lien remedies, mediations, and administrative proceedings. She also negotiates and customizes construction contracts. Shemilly is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Nevada State Bar, and is involved with the community through her membership with Soroptimist International of Metropolitan Las Vegas.
