Attorney Bios: Oliver J. Pancheri

Oliver J. Pancheri is a shareholder with Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson in the firm’s litigation department. His experience includes:

• Successfully representing a variety of local and national clients through trial in complex contractual disputes in state and federal court;
• Prosecuting matters for commercial lenders and assisting in asset recovery in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in Nevada;
• Assisting clients with effective alternatives to litigation, including representation in alternative dispute proceedings;
• Successful prosecution and defenses of unfair competition/restrictive covenant matters requiring injunctive and immediate judicial relief; and
• Successful defense of actions involving business torts and Civil RICO claims.

Mr. Pancheri was born and raised in Southern Idaho and attended the University of Idaho College of Law on academic scholarship and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000. Mr. Pancheri was a member of the Idaho Law Review and served as the Lead Articles Editor. While in law school, Mr. Pancheri served as a tutor for first year law students and participated in the University of Idaho's tax clinic which provides legal services for low-income clients. Mr. Pancheri is a member of the legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and served as both Vice Magister and Magister for the legal fraternity. After law school, Mr. Pancheri relocated to Southern Nevada to join other family members who had transplanted to Southern Nevada in the early 1990’s. Mr. Pancheri accepted a position with Santoro Driggs immediately after graduation and has been a member of the firm ever since. He is an equity partner in the firm. Mr. Pancheri is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the litigation section of the American Bar Association. He is active in the community through local and national youth, church, athletic, and civic groups.

Mr. Pancheri enjoys a broad commercial litigation practice. He represents numerous clients, including medical providers, casinos, large and small businesses, management companies, real estate developers, commercial and consumer lenders, contractors, manufacturers, and insurance providers. He has handled cases involving unfair competition, professional negligence, lender liability, construction disputes, civil RICO claims, business torts, defamation/false light actions, mining disputes, and contractual disputes of many different kinds.

Mr. Pancheri is known for his determined and professional approach, work ethic and attention to detail. He is pleased to consult clients and prospective clients to formulate a plan of action that not only provides appropriate legal protection and relief, but also anticipates long-term business goals for that particular client’s economic needs and objectives.
