Jeff Albregts is an experienced litigator with over 250 trials before the bench and numerous jury trials and has been designated by Martindale Hubbell an AV-rated lawyer, which is its highest rating. He has handled a variety of civil matters, starting his career with the MGM fire litigation, as well as construction and commercial real estate-related matters, premises liability issues, domestic and international gaming debt collection matters, and healthcare litigation matters.
Mr. Albregts received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), graduating in two and one-half years in December 1981. He was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1983.

Mr. Albregts is an active participant in local bar and professional organizations, including the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Nevada Law Foundation. He also is a panel member and arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum. Mr. Albregts currently serves as Chairman of the State Bar of Nevada’s Southern Disciplinary Board (2007–2009).
In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Albregts participates in public service related activities and coached the Gorman High School mock trial team to a third place finish in Nevada in March 2001. He serves as a judge for that competition when not coaching.
