Bryce Earl is a shareholder with Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson. He practices primarily in transaction, regulatory, and prosecutorial matters associated with intellectual property, information systems, technology, medical/pharmaceutical, promotion, privacy, franchising, and entity structuring. Mr. Earl also has significant technology experience as a programmer, systems administrator, and software consultant.
Mr. Earl received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1996, a Masters of Information Systems Management from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 2000, and his J.D. from J. Rueben Clark Law School in 2000. He was admitted to practice in Nevada in 2001.
Bryce K. Earl is a shareholder with Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson. Mr. Earl is a native Nevadan who is involved in strengthening the long-term vitality of Nevada’s business community. By combining his background in information systems and law, he helps clients implement a customized intellectual property plan to enhance and protect their business.
Mr. Earl practices primarily in transaction, regulatory, and prosecutorial matters, such as advising clients and preparing the appropriate documentation regarding protection and compliance strategies associated with intellectual property, information systems technology, entertainment, medical/pharmaceutical, promotion, privacy, franchising and entity structuring. Mr. Earl also has significant technology experience as a programmer, systems administrator, and software consultant.
Mr. Earl has prepared and negotiated complex, high-profile deals, including assisting in a technology client’s acquisition by a Fortune 100 corporation, preparing formative international strategic alliance and licensing agreements, and preparing Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-acquisition notification filings with the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. He also regularly participates as a seminar speaker and panel member.

Mr. Earl received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1996, a Masters of Information Systems Management from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 2000, and his J.D. from J. Rueben Clark Law School in 2000. He is active in the community through local and national professional, church, and civic groups. He was the Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Nevada State Bar in 2007 and has served on the IP Section’s executive committee from 2004 to 2008. He is currently serving as the IP Section’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee Co-Chair and the BYU Management Society – Las Vegas Chapter’s Director of Networking. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, J. Rueben Clark Law Society, and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
