TAYLOR RANDOLPH

Taylor L. Randolph practices in the transactional
department, working primarily in the areas of tax law,
corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate
transactions, and estate planning.
Mr.
Randolph earned his B.A., cum laude, in Finance from Brigham
Young University - Idaho in 2002, his Juris Doctor from the
University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2006, and
his LL.M in Taxation, magna cum laude, in June 2006.
While in law school, he associated with various legal
societies such as the Tax Law Society, the Business Law
Society, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. During
his last year, Mr. Randolph participated in the law school's
low-income taxpayer clinic, which allowed him to represent
low-income clients in IRS controversies and provide public
education on taxpayer rights and responsibilities to
communities.
Mr.
Randolph was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2006.
He is married and has three children. His personal
interests include spending time with his family, performing
charitable service, golfing, and watching college and
professional sports.
