THOMAS D. DRIGGS


Thomas D. Driggs practices in the areas of water transactions and regulation, and real estate and corporate transactions.  Specifically, Tom was involved in the adjudication of private water interests in the Las Vegas Basin Water Adjudication, and has assisted in the procurement of water resources for power generating companies.

Tom graduated with a B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from Arizona State University.  Tom is a member of the Arizona and Utah bar associations only.
