Stacy D. Harrop practices in
the firm’s natural resources department, working
primarily in the areas of environmental and water law.
Ms. Harrop received her B.A.
cum laude from the University of Portland in 1996
and her J.D. magna cum laude from the
Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in
2002, where she also earned a Certificate in
Environmental and Natural Resources Law. While in law
school, Ms. Harrop served as the Editor in Chief of
Environmental Law from 2001 to 2002 and was selected
as a member of the Cornelius Honor Society.
Prior to moving to Las
Vegas, Ms. Harrop served as the law clerk to the
Honorable Robert D. Durham, Associate Justice on the
Oregon Supreme Court.
Ms.
Harrop is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the
Oregon State Bar, and the Clark County Bar Association.
She also is an associate editor of the Clark County Bar
Association’s monthly publication, the Communiqué.
