A
native of Columbus, Ohio, Rachael Shinoskie received her
B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Arizona, summa
cum laude in 2003. Prior to law school, she worked
as an assistant buyer for Urban Outfitters in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rachael received her
J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at
Arizona State University in 2007.
Rachael participated in Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney,
Holley & Thompson’s summer clerk program in 2006 before
joining the firm as an Associate in 2007. She practices
primarily in the areas of litigation and intellectual
property and is admitted to practice in Nevada.
