KEVIN L. JOHNSON


Kevin L. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts from Weber State University, cum laude, in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law in 1985.  Licensed in both Utah and Nevada, Mr. Johnson worked in both private practice and for a corporation as in-house counsel prior to joining Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson in its workers’ compensation department.  During his career, Mr. Johnson has handled hundreds of workers’ compensation cases before administrative law judges and the Nevada District Court in addition to arguing numerous successful cases before the Nevada Supreme Court.  He has also presented seminars for Nevada Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Johnson currently represents insurers, employers, and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation and related issues.  Mr. Johnson also provides legal advice to the Spanish speaking community.
