JAMES D. BOYLE

Jim
graduated from the University of Washington in 1993,
with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He attended Willamette University College
of Law in Salem, Oregon, where he served as the Articles
Editor for the Willamette Law Review and was elected
to the Order of the Barristers for outstanding moot court
accomplishments. He received is Juris Doctorate
in May 1997.
Jim’s practice is focused on intellectual property
and technology litigation and dispute resolution. He
has represented clients before state and federal trial
and appellate courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal
Board, administrative agencies, and in arbitration. His
published decisions include Electronics for Imaging,
Inc. v. Coyle, ___ F.3d, ___, 2005 WL 17854 (Fed. Cir.,
January 5, 2005). Jim is a member of the Nevada
State Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association,
the American Bar Association, and the American Intellectual
Property Law Association.
Jim is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and
the State of Washington, and before the United States Supreme
Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal
Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court
for the District of Nevada, and the United States District
Court for the Western District of Washington.
