GRACE M. KIM


Grace Kim currently practices in the firm's transactional department, working in the areas of real estate transactions and general business law.  Ms. Kim received a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.  She received her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego School of Law and School of Business Administration.  While in law school, Ms. Kim served as vice president for the American Trial Lawyers Association, USD Chapter, and Finance Chair to the Women's Law Caucus.

Prior to joining Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson, Ms. Kim practiced in the areas of business and real estate transaction, bankruptcy litigation - creditor's rights, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.  She us a member of the California and Nevada State Bars and maintains membership in the American Bar Association, Asian Bar Association, and the Clark County Bar Association.
