CHARLES
L. TITUS
 An
experienced trial attorney, Charles L. Titus has been
lead counsel in more than a hundred trials, including
cases involving contracts, real estate, tort, employment
discrimination, insurance, domestic relations, and criminal
defense. He moved to Las Vegas in 1994, after twenty-two
years in private practice in Omaha, Nebraska, and founded
a Wells Fargo owned title insurance company, acting as
its president and in-house counsel for several years.
Mr. Titus joined
the firm’s commercial litigation
department in January 2004. He attended Creighton
University in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating with a B.S.B.A.
in 1970 and a Juris Doctor in 1972. Mr. Titus has
been admitted to practice law in Nebraska since 1972 and
in Nevada since 2003.
