BRUCE F. JOHNSON

Bruce F. Johnson practices in the firm's transaction group, focusing on corporate and real estate transactions.  Mr. Johnson attended Westminster College, receiving a B.S. in Finance and graduating summa cum laude in 2004.  He then received his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University where he served as an editor of the school's Law Review.

During law school, Mr. Johnson worked as an intern with the General Counsel of GE Capital Finance, Inc.  He also worked for several law firms, including as a summer clerk with Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson.  Prior to law school, he worked as an analyst in the treasury department of JP Morgan.

Mr. Johnson speaks fluent Spanish.  He was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in 2007.
