BRIAN W. BOSCHEE

Mr. Boschee is a shareholder with Santoro, Driggs,
Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson.
Brian was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1973, and he
grew up in Wisconsin and North Dakota. Brian graduated
from Duke University in 1996 with an A.B. in Political
Science and History. While at Duke, Brian was involved
with the student government and named to the Dean’s
List with Distinction in 1995 and 1996. Brian received
his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in
1999. While at Georgetown, Brian was an editor of the
Immigration Law Journal and member of the Sports and Entertainment
Law Society.
Brian
was licensed to practice law in North Dakota in July of
2000, and passed the Nevada bar exam in October of 2001. His primary
practice area is commercial litigation, though Brian also
works with the Workers’
Compensation group. In addition to the Nevada Bar Association,
Brian is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association,
the American Bar Association, and the Nevada Young Lawyers
Association.
Prior
to becoming an attorney, Brian worked primarily in politics,
including positions running a North Dakota Supreme Court
campaign and working with United States Senator Byron
Dorgan. Outside of the office, Brian’s interests
include golfing, traveling, collegiate and professional
athletics, and teaching.
